To be prepared to stay healthy throughout your lifetime, you have to be ready to meet the challenges of aging. Personal lifestyle coaching focuses on giving you guidance for taking care of your body in all ways so you can enjoy life no matter what age you are currently. The notion that senior years must be physically inactive years has been thrown out the window. Senior citizens today exercise, travel, play sports and lead active and healthy lives.
But the best assurance you can give yourself that you too will enjoy a healthy and disease free senior life stage is largely dependent on how you act during the years leading to the older years. As you age, health can be considered cumulative. The more fit you are at any life stage, the healthier you will be the next stage of your life.

Young adults want to be healthy for athletic competitions and then for work and raising families. As people move into the middle years, they want to maintain functionality and resist disease.
