It’s amazing how many people will take an elevator to ride one floor. If they were at home in a 2-story house they would have to walk the stairs. But for some reason, they get to work and ride the elevator.
Losing weight or maintaining weight is dependent on how many calories you consume each day compared to how many calories you burn. If you live an extremely hectic life like most men and women, it’s hard to find time for a whole hour of exercise time 3 or 5 times a week. Fortunately, you can get the same benefits by breaking that hour into 3 twenty-minute or 4 fifteen-minute sessions or any other configuration you choose. A healthy lifestyle coach can show you how!
