My name is Becky Frisk and I am a Certified Lifestyle Fitness Coach, Personal Fitness Trainer, and Massage Therapist. My personal goal is to help Baby Boomer Women, like myself, enjoy a long and fulfilling life.
- As a full-fledge member of the Baby Boomer Women Club, I understand the curveballs life can throw at us as we age -- weight seems to stick no matter what you do, you know you need to exercise, but you don’t have the energy. It seems impossible to ever get fit -- but it really isn’t, you just need the right motivation.
- I’ve been a Certified Fitness Trainer since 2003, but I understand that there is more to getting fit and staying fit then just knowing the techniques. As your fitness coach I will give you the knowledge, tools and the motivation to build lifelong fitness skills.
- Like many of you, I have led an active and athletic life and I want to maintain that lifestyle into my retirement years. Ageing does not have to mean weight gain, giving up the things you love to do, or changing your lifestyle dreams.
- I have struggled with the same life challenges that you may have faced or be facing now – empty nest, aging parents, work, hormones, weight gain, energy loss, falling off the “exercise wagon” and fighting my way back to fitness. I will use my training and life experience to help you break through the barriers keeping you from your fitness goals.
- Through my massage practice and helping family members with their serious health needs, I have a special affinity and understanding for people who suffer from arthritis, fibromyalgia, cancer and diabetes.
Research shows that all of these health problems can benefit from regular exercise, but pain – both physical and emotional –makes finding the motivation to exercise especially difficult. If you suffer from any of these health problems, I’d like to help you find a way out of your pain and back into a more active life.

- It will take consistency and commitment to achieve the results you want. Learning new habits and skills is not easy, but I will help you find the internal motivation that will inspire you to stick to your exercise program.
- My commitment is to be with you every step of the process – helping you discover what you can do, helping you stay on track, helping you avoid the setbacks, and basically doing anything and everything I can to assure that you are successful in reaching your goals.
